OUR PURPOSE
This 2nd 5K Run/Walk is held in memory of Tekau Turiya Rasayon, who passed away suddenly on March 28 of 2012, at 17 years of age, from an anomalous coronary artery (ACA). This 5K Run/Walk is a Fun Run, in honor of her spirit and temperament. In addition to raising awareness about heart conditions, especially ACAs in teens and young adults, this 5K will help raise money for a memorial scholarship in Tekau's name.
