5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk
The Tekau’s Heart Memorial 5K Run/1 Mile Walk is held to raise awareness about heart conditions that can occur in teens and young adults and in memory of Tekau Rasayon who passed away suddenly at the age of 17. Proceeds from the run will go towards funding a memorial scholarship in Tekau's name.

For those under 18 years old and are seeking community service hours, it is required that you also submit a Parental Permission Form below. Please download and fill out the Parental Permission Form below, then email it to tekausheart@gmail.com. Once that is completed, you may then submit your Standard Volunteer Form.
